Safety first

To stay safe and enjoy the ride, we ask you to respect the following rules:

  • Don’t give drinks to others outside your group.
  • Don’t get off the bike while it’s in motion.
  • Do not drink more than you can handle.
  • Toilets: Halfway there is a location where we can use the toilets, keep it clean and good for next people, so we do all we can to have a good time for all of us!
  • Be on time for your time slot – no need to rush.
  • Any person who arrives clearly intoxicated through drink or drugs will not be permitted on the ride.
  • Pedalcity Liverpool is licensed to serve alcohol.
  • Although we do everything in our power to ensure a save ride, we kindly ask you to sign a waiver before the tour starts

Where do we meet?

Black Lodge Brewing
3 Kings Dock St, L1 8JU, Liverpool

Sometimes, you may have to wait a few minutes because we are on our way back from a previous tour. So, if you arrive at the meeting point and don’t see anybody, please be patient and wait until the appointed time.

How Do I Get to the Meeting Point?

The starting location is within Black Lodge Brewing. If you arrive before your ride; there’s an in- and outdoor bar available for you to enjoy a refreshment before your trip, or play a game of ping pong.

If you’re coming from the Liverpool One area, it’s about a 20-25 minute walk. From Concert Square, expect a walk of around 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer to take a taxi, the fare should be around £5-£10.

Where do we ride?

What you need to know

  • We recommend you wear comfortable clothing for the activity and bring a jacket or coat, as it can be hard to judge the weather.
  • Please wear footwear suitable for riding a bike; heels are not recommended. The bike DOES NOT have any electric assistance and is fully pedal-powered.
  • We want you to enjoy the full 1-hour experience, so please arrive on time or a little early. The hour starts from your booked time slot.
  • Please ensure you have booked for the correct number of passengers. If you exceed the number of people booked, you will need to pay the difference on the day before the tour begins.
  • Any group or person who arrives intoxicated through drink or drugs will not be allowed to join the tour.
  • Only alcohol purchased through the company is allowed to be consumed on the bike.
